At $66 from Djerba, several tours run the Ksar Ghilane and Matmata route. The jeep safari lists lunch and the Sidi Driss entry and has by far the most reviews. The small-group Ksar Ghilane and Matmata tour is a shorter day, listed at 7.5 hours in a smaller group, and is rated 4.7/5 from more than 150 reviews; its inclusions mention tea and time at the hot spring but no lunch, so ask before you book.
